Please be informed that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc dated September 30 2016, the Board duly accepted the resignation of Mr. Anders Kristiansson as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective September 30th 2016.
Following the vacancy of the position of Chief Financial Officer, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Bruno Bayet as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective October 1st 2016.
