Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – Transcorp Hotels Plc, the hospitality unit of Nigeria’s top tier conglomerate, Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc on Tuesday announced the appointment of Saratu Umar as independent non-executive director and Bakari Wadinga, as non-executive director of the firm.

TRANSCOHOT said the appointment of the new directors came after a board meeting held October 7, 2016 and the company said the appointments takes effect same date.

This is coming on the heels of the resignation of Omoniyi Fagbemi as non-executive director of the company.
