This is to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (”The Exchange”) esteemed shareholders, stakeholders and the general public on the resignation of Ms. Halima J. Wushishi, the Company Secretary of UnityKapital Assurance Plc from the services of the Company with effect from 9th March, 2018.

Consequently, Mrs. Folaranmi Olushola David has in the interim being appointed Acting Company Secretary in the stead of the resigned company Secretary pending when a substantive company secretary is appointed.
