This is to notify all Listed Companies that further to the issuance of the Regulation on the Adoption and Compliance with the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) 2018 by Dr. Okechukwu Enyinnaya Enelamah, Former Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment on 15 January 2019; the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) has released a reporting template for companies to report their compliance with the NCCG. A copy of the reporting template can be downloaded from the FRC’s website

In line with the FRC’s directive, all listed companies are required to do the following:

1. Submit a copy of the completed template to the various sectoral regulators;
2. Submit a copy of the completed template to the FRC via fookediran@financialreportingcouncil.gov.ng;
3. Submit a copy of the completed template to The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange) via listingsregulation@nse.com.ng; and
4. Publish the completed template on the Company’s website.
