Market activity: In today’s early trade, total volume and value fell by 76% and 21% respectively compared to this time yesterday as investors have traded about 112million units of shares worth N1.20billion. UBA (+2.35%) is the most actively traded stock thus far with about 19million units of shares accounting for about 17% of the total volume.
Likely close: In the absence of significant losses in the prices of DANGCEM and MTN, the market may close up today if the gains in most sectors persist.
