Equities Market Summary

Today, the Nigerian Stock Exchange Market closed on a slightly positive note following share price appreciation in DANGOTE SUGAR (+6.95%) and ACCESSCORP (+3.64%). As a result, the benchmark All-Share Index (NGX-ASI) rose slightly by 0.08% to close at 132,557.43 points.

Year-to-date returns rose to 28.79%, while market capitalisation closed at N83.86tn. Activity level in the market declined with the total value and volume of stocks traded falling by 35.61% and 10.67% to settle at N17.02bn and 681.24mn units, respectively.

• Academy Press has announced a Final Dividend of N0.15k and a bonus of 1
  for every 5 existing shares.
• The Board of Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc has proposed to pay interim
  dividend for the first half of 2025, details yet to be provided.
