NGXASI Dips -0.56% on Losses in ETI, MTNN, ZENITHBANK

The NGXASI declined by 0.56% today to close at 149,974.06pts, as the losses in ETI (-4.00%), MTNN (-2.49%) and ZENITHBANK (-1.48%) drove the domestic bourse into the red zone.
 
In the fixed income space, the Treasury Bills secondary market traded on a muted note. As such, the Average T-Bills yield remained flat to close at 17.36%. Meanwhile, the FGN Bond secondary market traded on a positive note as the Average FGN Bond yield declined by 3bps to close at 15.79%.
 
At the NFEM window, the Naira appreciated by 0.12% to close at NGN 1,436.74/USD. Crude oil price (Brent) settled lower by 0.58% to close at USD63.15pb.
