FSDH Capital is pleased to inform you of Ellah Lakes PLC’s (“Ellah Lakes” or the “Company”) Public Offer of 18,800,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a fixed price of ₦12.50 per share (the “Offer”). 

The Public Offer is open to the public. Opened 10 November 2025 and scheduled to close on Friday, 05 December 2025.
