Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-IHS Plc operating in the Information & Communication Technology Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has proposed to offer a 0.6 Kobo dividend to investors of the Company in its year 2010 Financial Year End (FYE).
This was contained in the Result Announcement Thursday February 24 2011 by the Firm to the NSE and made available to investadvocate in Lagos Nigeria.
IHS affirmed in the announcement to the Stock Exchange that the Register of Members for the proposed dividend will close between Friday March 11 and Tuesday March 15 year 2011; while payment date will be Tuesday April 05 2011 after the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday March 29 2011 at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos Nigeria.
The Company also affirmed that the Exchange shall be informed in case of any change to the above dates.
Meanwhile, Petroleum Marketing Company, Total Nigeria Plc (Total) has also notified the Nigeria’s Exchange of its Board meeting scheduled to hold on Wednesday April 06 2011 at the Board Room of Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja, Nigeria.
Total affirmed that the Board members at the meeting will consider and approve the Financial Statements for the Year Ended December 31 2011, and recommend to members for approval a proposed dividend at its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Apart from the above, at the Board meeting, the Directors of Total would also consider and approve the retirement of Directors and fix a date of the next AGM among others.
In the same vein, Paints & Coatings Manufacturing Nigeria Plc (PCMN) also today Thursday February 24 2011 notified the Exchange of its planned Board Meeting; where Directors of the Company will declare dividend for its Financial Year Ended December 31 2010.
The Board of PCMN is scheduled to meet on Thursday March 03 2011 for the above and to consider other things.
Also, BOC Gases Nigeria Plc (BOC) would have a Board Meeting scheduled to hold on Friday March 11 2011 and the Directors will consider the Company’s Accounts for the Year ended December 31, 2010 and recommend the payment of dividend.
