Top Gainers and Losers: PZ (+9.73%), GEREGU (+3.92%), ACADEMY (-9.70%) and UACN (-9.52%).

Sector Performances: Consumer Goods(+0.14%), Banking (-0.03%), Industrial, and Oil and Gas.

Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume declined by 83% while total value increased by 40%, compared to this time yesterday, as investors have traded about 30 million units of shares worth N814 million.

ETI (+0.45%) is the most traded stock by volume with about 8 million units of shares accounting for 27% of the total volume.

AIRTELAFRI is the most traded stock by value with about N261 million worth of shares accounting for 32% of the total value.

Likely close: In the absence of significant losses in the prices of DANGCEM, MTNN and AIRTELAFRI, the market should close positive if the gain recorded in the Consumer Goods sector persists.
