The NGXASI advanced by 0.24% today to close at 118,138.22pts, as advancements in GTCO (+6.52%), PRESCO (+6.28%) and OKOMUOIL (+4.62%) drove the local bourse into the green terrain.
 
In the fixed income space, the Treasury Bills secondary market traded on a negative note. As such, Average T-Bills yield increased by 9bps to close at 20.51%. However, the FGN Bond market traded on a positive note as the Average FGN Bond yield fell by 7bps to close at 18.57%.
 
At the NFEM window, the Naira appreciated by 0.13% to close at NGN1,547.36/USD. Crude oil price (Brent) settled lower by 2.76% to trade at USD76.67pb.
