Market activity: In today’s early trade, total volume and value declined by 75% and 57% respectively compared to this time yesterday as investors have exchanged over 14million units of shares worth about N351million. UBA (-0.83%) is the most actively traded stock thus far with about 4million units of shares accounting for about 27% of total volume. 

Likely close: In the absence of a significant gain in DANGCEM or MTNN, the market may close down today if the losses across most sectors persist.
