As market YTD performance remained in the negative territory with -13.73% YTD loss recorded as at the end of trading on August 19th, 2019, a quick review of stock priceS in the last ten (10) years reflected that most stocks are trading at their lows.
Out of a total of one hundred and twelve (112) stock that fall within the list, 84 stocks or 75% record drop in share price within the 10-year period while 25 stocks or 22% record increase in share price. The remaining 3% record no change in share price.
PRESCO topped the list with gainers with 700% gain recorded in ten years. INTBREW followed closely with 428.63% gains while NESTLE record 365.09% to complete the top three gainers.
On the other hand, OANDO topped the list of losers with -96.28% loss recorded in ten years while MORISON and NSLTECH followed closely with -95.93% and -95.40% losses recorded respectively .
