Market activity: In today’s early trade, compared to this time yesterday total volume and value have surged from 248million units and N2.31billion to 9billion units and N8.5billion respectively. UAC-PROP (-3.23%) is the most actively traded stock thus far with about 8.5billion units of shares accounting for about 94% of the total volume.
Likely close: In the absence of significant gains in the prices of DANGCEM and MTN, the market may close down today if the gains across all sectors persist.
