November 6, 2021/Cordros Update
MTN Group Limited has announced plans to offer up to 575 million ordinary shares of its current shareholding in MTN Nigeria Communications Plc to the public, through an Offer for Sale. The shares will be sold through a book-building process to institutional investors, and after which a fixed price will be announced to retail investors.
The Offer is anticipated to open in November 2021 and close in December 2021.
