In today’s trade, market breadth index was positive with 26 gainers against 16 losers.
ETRANZACT (+10.00%) was the top gainer, while AFRIPRUD (-5.77%) led the losers today.
TRANSCORP (+0.80%) was the most actively traded stock with about 23million units of shares worth about N29million.

- NGX Consumer Goods Index: Fell by 0.58%, due to the sell pressure witnessed in DANGSUGAR (-5.28%), INTBREW (-1.79%) and FLOURMILL (-1.49%).
- NGX Banking Index: Declined by 0.35%, due to the losses printed in ETI (-2.98%), UNITYBNK (-2.00%) and STERLNBANK (-1.82%).
- NGX Industrial Index: Decreased by 0.02%, due to the loss recorded in WAPCO (-0.38%).
- NGX Oil and Gas Index: Increased by 0.03%, due to the gain recorded in ARDOVA (+0.78%).
