Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc has through its Stockbroker, Cordros Securities Limited, submitted an application to Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for the approval and listing of a Rights Issue of 2,841,124,000 ordinary shares of Fifty Kobo each at N0.50 per share, on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share for every four (4) ordinary shares held. 

The Qualification Date for the Rights Issue is today, Friday, 22 July 2022.
