An additional 26,487,980 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each of Chemical and Allied Products Plc (CAP or the Company) were on Tuesday, 20 September 2022, listed on the Daily Official List of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). 

The additional shares listed on NGX arose from CAP’s Scrip Dividend Election Scheme. With this listing of the additional 26,487,980 ordinary shares, the total issued, and fully paid-up shares of CAP has now increased from 788,259,520 to 814,747,500 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
